On January 12, 2010, one day after his 18th birthday, CAPA High School honors student Jordan Trent Miles was ambushed by three Pittsburgh police officers, who failed to identify themselves. Miles, never before in trouble with the police and thinking he was being robbed, began to run. The officers overtook Miles and administered a brutal beating that left him unrecognizable. There can be no explaining or excusing what was done to Miles.
He was Brutally beaten and arrested. They also made false statements about why they initially came upon Jordan. These pigs are still on paid leave almost one year after the incident, and give the few good peace officers out there a bad name.

What is one sure-fired way to feed a conspiracy theory? Make a TV episode supposedly exposing a conspiracy theory and then, after alleged government pressure, have truTV yank that episode off the air. The episode was Jesse Ventura’s Conspiracy Theory “Police State” about “secret” FEMA camps or fusion centers. There are still no public answers as to why this happened. It is, at the least, thought-provoking.
Although I did not see this episode when it aired, and had never seen Ventura’s Conspiracy Theory series, I did watch the program via YouTube to see what all the fuss was about. “The secret government plan to spy on, round up, and imprison innocent Americans.” Taken from the narrator’s description, “Jesse Ventura uncovers a plot to force martial law on law abiding citizens, replace 50 states with 10 giant prison sectors, fill up hundreds of concentration camps with people like you and me, and pull the trigger with a disease pandemic.”
According to Alex Jones, truTV pulled the episode from the airing schedule due to government threats. Jones added that he isn’t allowed to talk about it, something to do with government men in black showing up, and “they are now remotely erasing it off of DVRs.” In theory, these videos posted at the bottom of this article are not expected to stay up on YouTube very long before being pulled. I advise you to also watch it and see if it makes you go hmmmm.
Carol Anne Bond certainly does not win any citizenship awards, but I like that she is challenging the Feds. She is and her lawyer are saying that the Feds have over stepped their authority and are using the Tenth Amendment to make their case.
I think she is guilty of state crimes but I hope this Tenth Amendment challenge of Federal domination of our legal system pans out. The Feds need to stand down! You can check out some preliminary info about the case over at the Scotus Blog
The sole U.S. maker of a key execution drug has decided to permanently halt production of the drug, which could lead many states to face delay in carrying out the death penalty.
The decision made on Friday by Hospira Inc. caps months of controversy over thiopental sodium, an anesthetic that has long been used by states as a part of a cocktail of drugs administered during a lethal injection.
Hospira’s decision puts a wrench in the nation’s capital-punishment system. States can attempt to use another anesthetic in place of thiopental, but such a switch likely would need to be approved by courts and possibly state legislators.
Many states have run out of thiopental, forcing prison officials to delay executions. The drug shortage followed a 2009 decision by Hospira to suspend production due to manufacturing issues.
The Lake Forrest, Ill., company had planned to resume producing thiopental in the first quarter of 2011 at a company plant in Liscate, Italy. But in December, the Italian parliament issued an order binding the government to ensure that Hospira’s Italian-made thiopental would not be used in lethal injections.
Another police raid and yet another innocent family caught up in a failed war that sends heavily armed, masked and hyped up cops in search of largely nonviolent offenders. This time the raid happened in Spring Valley, New York, and left a 13-year-old child vomiting and gasping for air in an asthma attack triggered by the over-the-top and misdirected actions of police and DEA agents.
Several agencies executed numerous search warrants before dawn early in January. Julian is almost fearless as he hands out information on jury rights usually while being ordered by various security personal and or police that he must stop and must leave. Check out his blog here at Tyranny Fighters.
On his site he asks for your assistance and I hope those whom are able to lend support to him will do so. To quote him from his latest update “If I am left alone, I will be eaten alive. I will have no chance of winning this case, regardless of the merits. To survive in their present condition, the courts cannot afford to lose.”
If he loses this court case would this change the ability for anyone in NY to educate jurors? I personally hope he does win this case, because the oppression of the state is never good.
This is my first post using WordPress. I am new to this system and hope to figure it out as I go. I have decided that I am more concerned with our liberty than our computers, so I have wiped out the old site using GeekLog and am starting fresh with WordPress. I will no doubt still post from time to time about computer related topics, however my new passion is our freedom.
